Kundalini Yoga - Venus Triangle
For Anger or Ending an Argument
What will it do for you?
This Kundalini Yoga exercise ends disputes and re-establishes partner relationships.
How to do it:
Standing back to back, and 2 feet away from your partner, with feet about hip width apart, both bend over touching palms to the floor, shoulder width apart, and about 2 feet in front of feet.
Then assume Triangle Pose by meeting partner's heels with your own, straightening out torso and legs to form a straight line in each direction from the buttocks. Gaze into each other's eyes and hold position for 3 minutes.
