Kriya and Meditation of the Week
We are providing a small representative selection of Yogi Bhajan's Kundalini Yoga sets (kriyas) and meditations, from the vast range contained within Guru Rattana's popular Kundalini Yoga manuals. Every seven days we will rotate them, so there will be a different set and meditation to try. Some are ideal for beginners, and others are more suitable for experienced students.
