The science of Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, consists of exercises or postures (Asanas) with specialized breathing (Pranayama), hand and finger gestures (Mudras), body locks (Bhandas), chanting (Mantras) and meditations, together or in sequence to create exact, specific effects.

Bio

Siri Chand started teaching in Tucson, Arizona during the early 70's. He was sent to start an Ashram in Nebraska, and also started the Golden Temple Restaurant, a natural foods eatery. Since coming to Maryland he has focused on his family, but would hold workshops at the Sea View Inn in South Carolina in the spring. At this time he has been drawn back to the Maryland area to teach once again.
