Brian Kilton has been practicing hatha yoga for 30 years and Kundalini yoga for 20 years. He spent two years of intensive study in Boulder, Colorado studying and practicing Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. He has been associated with the Guru Ram Das Ashram where he studied under Siri Jodha Singh and Siri Kirpal Singh. He is an assistant moderator and listed teacher with the Kundalini Yoga On-Line group.
