Kundalini Yoga
is the yoga of awareness. This class includes a yoga set/kriya (excercise series to achieve a particular effect), pranayama (breathing techniques), mantras (sound current) and mudras (hand positions).
The direct focus is on moving energy through the chakra system, stimulating the energy in the lower chakras and moving it to the higher chakras.
Pre-natal Yoga
Meet other moms to be. Practicing at this time creates more comfort for the body and compassion for the experience of birthing a new life. We will focus on stretches that open the hips, increase circulation (especially for the legs) and increase stamina. Each class will also include meditation and restorative postures. Whether new to a yoga practice or new to pregnancy, prenatal yoga is a safe and healthful experience for most women.

Sat nam. I have been practicing Kundalini Yoga for 3 years and have been teaching since October 2006. My spiritual name is Guru Partap Kaur = Infinite reverence for the guru(that which brings us from dark to light) and who shines with the glory of the guru.
