Teaching philosophy:
To build a trusting relationship with each child;
teaching to his or her unique capabilities. Honoring
uniqueness and remaining curious about it. Learning
with choices and questions. Loving, honoring and
respecting our bodies, making modifications with
poses and knowing that it is okay. Feeling good from
the inside out.Teaching that yoga is not a competition
and how wonderful that our bodies each have their
own special abilities. Teach from the heart and inspire
students to connect with their hearts and not just
with their minds.
