KUNDALINI YOGA TIPS
Your daily practice of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation should preferably include some exercises to cultivate energy in the lower chakras, strengthen the navel point and open the heart center. Daily practice of shoulder shrugs and neck rolls can provide a lot of relief. With rare exceptions, you should execute all exercises with an open heart. It is important not to hump your back to try to get into a posture. This is especially true of leg stretches. During Kundalini Yoga you should aim the belly, solar plexus and chest toward the leg and then stretch as far as it is comfortable. You should not bend the back to get the head to touch the leg. The back should be stretched in order to lengthen the spine and open the heart.
