Waheguru Singh Khalsa, D.C., has advanced training in oriental medicine which includes using herbs to enhance his patients' well-being. He began studying Kundalini Yoga with Yogi Bhajan in 1972. For over 30 years he has maintained a practice in Los Angeles, combining the techniques from his book, The Miracle of Healing Hands, with chiropractic adjustments, diet and nutritional counseling and Kundalini Yoga.

Waheguru works closely with massage therapists in his office, recommending massage for many of his patients. His infectious laughter has kept many patients awake who would otherwise be sound asleep inside his peaceful treatment rooms. He regularly leads Breathing Trance Seminars that combine Kundalini Yoga, music and breathing.

He was born in Newport News, Virginia and attended the University of Maine. Finding that he had an interest in alternatives to Western medicine, he enrolled at the Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles. He graduated in 1975 and received his license to practice in the same year. He is a founding member of the Khalsa Chiropractic Association, and was its president from 1992 to 1995.

Waheguru Singh Khalsa is married to Hari Kiri Kaur Khalsa, who teaches Celestial Communication, a meditation form that uses music with arm and hand movement. He enjoys golf, swimming, and body surfing in the Pacific Ocean.
