Happy is a result of the more than thirty years for which Shakta Khalsa has collected and composed songs in her various roles with children - as a mother, Montessori teacher, and as founder of Radiant Child Yoga. With invaluable help from her colleagues and her friend, Alima, these songs have been exquisitely crafted to speak to children on every level - body, mind and spirit. They are lovingly offered to you as parents, friends and teachers of these extraordinary beings.

Shakta Khalsa (Lana Reed) has practiced yoga since 1972 and became a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor in 1976. She is also an AMS-certified Montessori educator. She is the author of a number of well-known books for adults and children as well as the writer of frequent magazine articles, and promoter of her own Radiant Child program – aimed at introducing Kundalini Yoga to children in a fun and inviting manner.
